Josh Day

Josh Day, a New Hampshire native and current Massachusetts resident, has been performing comedy for over 12 years. He began his comedy career after a freak paddle boarding accident left him with a broken neck, paralyzed from the waist up, but was very lucky and regained near full mobility. After having broken his neck, Josh decided it was time to break a leg doing stand-up. Josh enjoys making people laugh away life’s trials and tribulations, if just for a fleeting moment. With a mixture of wordplay, personal stories, and self-deprecation, Josh has been enjoying making crowds confused and amused for more than a decade. Currently touring the country working clubs and colleges as a headliner and feature with national comics. Josh produced/hosted NH’s longest running continuous comedy show the “Stone Church Comedy Series” at the Stone Church Meeting House in Newmarket, NH for 7 years. Also, he produced/hosted Word Barn Comedy Series in Exeter NH, Cisco Brewers Comedy Series in Portsmouth NH, SNHU Comedy Night in Manchester NH, Comedy Night at The Bookery in Manchester NH, The Middle East in Cambridge MA and Don’t Tell Comedy Shows in several cities in NH, ME and MA. In the past he has run shows at The Burren in Somerville MA, Brandeis University in Waltham MA and many small independent shows. Josh’s priorities include comedy, helping people forget their woes, and assisting in bringing his brand of humor to your venue.
